What you become a part of

The objective of this role is to identify where-to-play for growth and design and develop the how-to-win commercial strategies to deliver our Long Range growth aspirations, ensuring key external and internal metrics will be achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing CCEP’s commercial needs with those of our customers.

What to expect

Reporting into the Associate Director RGM, GDE activities include:

  • With the CCEP and Coca-Cola Company Insights and Strategy teams, developing the 1-5 year understanding of revenue pools and revenue pool development, leveraging and synthesising shopper, consumer and route to market/customer insights to achieve this
  • Setting the revenue growth vision based on occasions, consumer segments and size of the prize
  • Leading cross functional project work-streams to identify how-to-win within those revenue pools
    • Leveraging the brand and portfolio across price tiers
    • Designing future pack, price and promo strategy
    • Recommending the development of new pack ranges
    • Developing winning sales environments’ strategies to deliver CCEP and customer value
  • Lead and facilitate the process to ensure plans are aligned, and translated into executable looks of success and commercial policies.

What we expect of you

To be successful in this role you will likely have experience from Commercial Strategy & RGM / Category & Insights / Commercial Finance, ideally with some national account experience and working knowledge commercial growth plans. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver thought leadership & plan strategically over a longer term horizon.  You will demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail whilst being a good communicator who can influence senior stakeholders. You will have ability to lead projects and find innovative solutions to problems.
