Lead and manage treasury projects and act as subject matter expert on the Treasury Management System (TMS). The role is instrumental in the implementation and future upgrades of a new TMS.
Responsible for any future developments and inter dependencies of the TMS with SAP/S4H as well as any improvements and standardisation in system related processes.
Project lead for implementation of new TMS and key point of contact for Treasury team and consultants.
Responsible for understanding the treasury processes and designing these in new TMS. Align and standardise processes with the aim of efficiencies and cost reduction.
Create and execute treasury project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs. Maintain a regular update with Treasury Operations Director.
Act as key point of contact for all connectivities Treasury team needs between new TMS and all 3rd party vendors.
Control the access rights to the TMS according to the Treasury Policy and SOX controls and be the contact point for all internal and external IT auditors.
Work closely with BPT for any treasury related developments that need to be set up in ERP/S4H and ensure TMS is up to date.
Responsible for TMS upgrades, test scenarios etc.
7-10 years’ experience in treasury, including understanding of Treasury Management Systems and banking
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics
English - mandatory
Computer software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP and Treasury Management Systems)
